Can Party Echelon work directly with an event planner or DMC?
Yes. We regularly coordinate entertainment with planners, event producers, DMCs, venues, production teams, and other event professionals. Communication can be structured through the planner or directly with the client depending on how you prefer to manage the project.
Can you provide more than one type of entertainment for the same event?
Yes. Depending on availability and the event requirements, Party Echelon® can coordinate combinations of ceremony music, cocktail entertainment, dinner music, live bands, DJs, Latin entertainment, after-party music, and other musician configurations. This is especially useful for destination weddings, wedding weekends, corporate programs, and multi-day events.
Do you work with planners outside Utah?
Yes. Party Echelon® performs and coordinates entertainment for events throughout the United States and internationally.
Can Party Echelon provide destination wedding entertainment?
Yes. Destination events are a major part of our positioning. Proposals can account for musician travel, lodging, ground transportation, backline, technical requirements, local production, and the specific schedule of the destination event.
Can you coordinate with our preferred production company?
Absolutely. If the planner, venue, DMC, or production team already has an AV provider, we can supply the technical requirements and work directly with them. If production still needs to be sourced, we can also work with local providers to help determine what is required.
Can you provide a turnkey entertainment proposal?
Depending on the destination and event, yes. A turnkey proposal may combine performance fees, musicians, travel, hotels, ground transportation, production, backline, DJ services, and other entertainment requirements. We can also provide a performance-and-travel proposal when the planner prefers to source production separately.
Can the band size be changed to fit the budget or venue?
Yes. Many Party Echelon® entertainment concepts can be scaled. For example, a reception may use a streamlined rhythm-section band with vocalists, while a larger production may add horns, additional singers, DJ, percussion, or other musicians. We can help identify where additional musicians will materially improve the experience and where they may not be necessary.
Can you handle multicultural or bilingual events?
Yes. Selected Party Echelon® lineups include native and fluent Spanish-speaking performers and bilingual repertoire. We can also plan music around multicultural guest lists and international audiences.
Do you offer entertainment for corporate event planners and agencies?
Yes. Party Echelon® works with corporate teams, event producers, experiential agencies, DMCs, and planners for conferences, incentive trips, gala events, launches, retreats, holiday parties, brand experiences, and private corporate programs.
How far in advance should planners inquire?
For high-demand wedding dates, holiday periods, and destination events, earlier is generally better. However, availability can change, and we are always happy to check a date even for shorter-lead events.
Can Party Echelon customize music for the event?
Yes. Customization may include specific songs, first dances, parent dances, entrances, executive walk-ons, musical cues, themed repertoire, medleys, bilingual selections, and other event-specific requests. The feasibility of custom arrangements depends on the request and the preparation time available.
